Returning user

I used MFP many years ago with varying success, and wanted to get back to it. I've had a very stressful year and haven't taken much care of myself. I'm always putting my two young children before myself. I've also been sick so much more this last year and I know that I need to change to fix that. Hopefully tracking what I eat really puts things into perspective and helps motivate me.

    I back again to get my self back on track. I been logging and trying to make consious food choices. Next is to add exercise more then walking.
