Hello everyone I am new I need to tone up and build muscle mass what I can do I do go to the gym

Lift heavy weights and then set them down. Do this with different parts of your body for example, use you arms to lift heavy things. Set those things down. Then use your legs to lift or push heavy things. Then set them down.0 -

Lifting weights is the most efficient way to build muscle and going to the gym gives you instant access to weights.
Gyms also have personal trainers. Every gym I've ever joined has included 1-3 sessions with a PT for free. Many also had small group classes for free or very cheap.
The easiest way to learn is working directly with a trainer.0
