Glycogen questions and I can't find the answer anywhere!!

Hey guys.. I was just wondering.. should I keep my glycogen levels up, which means those 2-4 pounds of water weight up too ? NOT LOOKING FORWARD LOSING WEIGHT just to maintain! :) Please answer :(

    I'd say it depends on what your reasoning is? If you are working out or lifting weights, yes. If you aren't, then it's entirely up to you? I deliberately went two pounds below my maintenance weight so that I could be *at* maintenance with that water weight from the weight lifting added. But honestly, 2-4 pounds isn't going to make any difference on the scale, it's simply for healing your muscles....

    Ignore the scale or focus on maintaining within an acceptable range of weights
