Trying a new diet

Hello, I've used MFP on and off for years and found it very handy for counting calories to help with weight loss, but I never bothered with the community side of things... til now.
I've just started on a Carnivore diet so I'm interested to talk to others who are on it, have been on it.
Also, I've never really cooked for myself so that's something I need to learn. Currently everything is getting fried in butter and usually burnt on the outside and pink on the inside.
I also love the gym and am a qualified PT so happy to give gym advise. I've also swapped to a strength training style of training as I feel with the extra creatine from the meat will really allow me to push hard.

I always believed in a whole food, minimal additives kind of diet but was never able to stick to it. It became easier to switch from cooking whole grain rice to using microwave rice.
Anyways I saw a Carnivore diet book in a shop and had a little scan through then later decided to read into it a bit more. I am a bit err, as its not been studied properly but the amount of people who swear by it far outweighs those who don't.
I've been on it for about a week now and I still have mixed feelings.
So I always got a stabbing chest pain when on treadmill for around 10-12 minutes. I'd been to doctors and the hospital, where they checked my heart and said it was fine, the pain was most likely do with skeletal muscle... and that was that. Well after being on carnivore diet for 2 days I did 20 minutes cardio, non stop, no chest pain at all.
Also had a similar thing with lower back pain. When I walk for 30 minutes or more I get back pain. No more.
So yeah Carnivore diet seems great... but then as I'm still new to it I've got massive bloating and toilet trips are not pleasant atm.
I'm not sure about the costs yet. Yes I'm paying more for meats, but I buy them at Aldi then get the innards from Morrisons, but I'm not snacking at all so saving money at the same time.
My energy levels seem consistent, I'm not feeling up and down or wanting to nap. I'm generally feeing more positive and productive, hence me being here now and writing this.
It's weird though because having a massive plate of eggs and bacon fried in butter seems kinda naughty, but apparently it's not. Its like a guilty pleasure.
I am struggling to tell if I'm hungry or not though. I guess before with blood glucose spikes you just know you need to eat because you kinda feel like you're crashing. The hunger symptons are alot less urgent and less severe now so thats kinda taking a bit getting used to. I don't have a meal schedule either now, just eat when I'm hungry.
