Who here is training full body with compound exercises

Hi guys started diet and exercise a month ago already lost 11 pounds don’t give up

    I am actually. I'm doing 1rm, 2 minutes rest between sets, 5 sets per exercise. I know its advised to rest 3 to 5 mins between sets for strength training but I get bored.

    Squat, stiff legged deadlift, dumbell bench press, barbell row, overhead press then a few rounds of sprinting.

    I kinda think this style will work best for me as I'm trying carnivore diet.
