A whole year tracking!

I started tracking 366 days ago, a whole year including Leap Day. I started at 85.5 kg (188.1 lb) with an initial goal of 70 kg (154 lb). After reaching it I realised my scale was inaccurate and I was actually 5 kg (11 lb) heavier! Started again and lost that, but my body fat percentage was still 40% = for reference I'm a 65 yo female 172.8 cm (5' 8") tall - so I readjusted my goal to 65 kg (143 lb)

And now, after an entire year, I'm down to 65.2 kg (143.44 lb) and very happy. My BMI is 22 - right slap in the middle of the healthy (or at least reduced risk) range. I'd like to lose a little more, but I'm not too worried if I don't hit the exact goal. I'm more focused on maintaining and will continue to use MFP for that purpose.
