Hi everyone. I love this app and I’m looking for fitness pals through my weight loss journey post baby. I always thought 2yrs was a big window to lose the weight and here I am 1mo shy of 2yrs with the same

15lbs is definitely achievable with the correct calorie deficit and a smidge of will power in the mix...0 -
After my second child, I hovered around 135. I was also up several sizes. I felt fat and unnattractive, and had my mom saying, basically, that this was what I had to look forward to, same as her.
It wasn’t til thirty years and many pounds later that I realized 135 wasn’t bad at all, and berated myself for letting go.
I sincerely wish I had had someone say,”girl, your body changes after a couple pregnancies, you’re doing just fine”. Maybe I wouldn’t have ballooned up.
So, sweetie, your body changes after pregnancy, and with time. Don’t beat yourself up.
Think of it as improvement you deserve, not punishment you must endure.0
