The existing food item makes reference to a count, e.g. "6 small radishes". But the serving size may be edited, say to 4 radishes.
So, I want to edit the name to reflect generic radishes

If it's not an item in our shared database, then you can edit everything about the item, including the name, by going to More/Menu>> My Meals, Recipes, & Foods >> Select the item, and then tap Edit.
if it's in the shared database, then you would not be able to update the food in that way.0
