Hi! Hoping to meet some folks that could help me with a goal to eat more of a plant based diet. The Netflix doc called You Are What You Eat inspired me.

It's for everyone from vegans to plant-heavy omnivores, including people like you who are moving in a more plant-centric direction.
But exercise caution about the Netflix "documentaries". Some of them are . . . not very accurate, to put it kindly. (I'm saying that as someone who's been vegetarian for very close to literally 50 years, not as a shill for Big Meat.) Some of them have executive producers who own companies that manufacture vegan food products, not exactly unbiased sources.
