In Need of some Help!

I’m having a hard time hitting my calorie/food intake for the day. It feels like I’m eating a lot but I’m missing the mark every single day. Any tips? Suggestions?

    As in your can't eat all of the calories in your calorie goal? If that's what it is, and your logging is accurate, add some calorie-dense but not very filling foods. That can be high-nutrition things (nuts, nut butters, avocados) or treat foods. If you're getting adequate nutrition overall, a calorie dense treat (within calorie goal) isn't necessarily a deal breaker.
