how to be able to lift more weights

im weight lifting for around 4 weeks now and am stuck on 15kg i can left it around 10-15 times how can i make it so i can lift more

    I find when I can lift something 15 times it is time for me to increase that weight to the next increment then only lift 6-8 times then increase again up to 15 times then more weight, and so on.

    Increase the weight and reduce the reps. Programs like Stronglifts or Starting Strength would help you progress.
