im weight lifting for around 4 weeks now and am stuck on 15kg i can left it around 10-15 times how can i make it so i can lift more

I find when I can lift something 15 times it is time for me to increase that weight to the next increment then only lift 6-8 times then increase again up to 15 times then more weight, and so on.0
