    In my 30s and 40s I ran multiple half and full marathons. I love running. Here’s my tip…I followed either Hal Higdon or Jeff Galloway programs. Love them both. Check them out. Running marathons is a joy. Have fun.

    Hi, I used to run halfs and did a marathon. It's been a few years though so I'm starting from scratch. I have one planned for autumn.
