Hello, Just signed up at 50

I am trying to figure out a way to incorporate this into my life. my first day loggin food and i thought i was eating healthy and it totaled 2500 calories and my allocated is 1300!
so clearly i am doing something wrong.

my diet isnt all that bad either. no junk food, and a lot of veggies but i sauted it in oil.

i am uncertain how much fats i can consume everyday what percent of calories is supposed to be fat ?

are there any simple first week menu plans for one to follow ? that fit my flavor profile of Chinese mediterranean indian and mexican foods ?
