Hi, could someone advise me please I am trying to log a chilli con carne I am making to use through the week but for the life of me I can’t work out how to log the powder mix into portions. Can someone help. I’m sure it’s simple but I’ve gone down a rabbit hole ha!

It's the same as for all the portions: log the right amount and divide into the amount of portions you'll make. I don't know this mix. But say a pack is 80gr and you want to make 7 portions. Now it depends on how the nutritional information is given. is it calories per pack? Per serving (and how much is a serving?) or per 100gr?
if per pack, then just log the whole pack and when you divide into portions take 1/7 of the pack. You can log decimals, but you can also log as 0.14 as 1/7= 0.14
If the calories are given per 100gr then you log 0.8 for the pack.2 -
Wow- I just looked at a photo of the package, and it really is confusing.
Take a look at the ingredients- you can totally make this from scratch with the delicious herbs and spices listed and leave out the potato starch, flour, and maltodextrin.0
