Calories question (Metabolism and calorie intake)

So according to most BMR calculators, my body burns approximately 2,150 calories a day, as a moderately active person.
My question is, is this how much I NEED to eat if I'm going to be working out? Or is this how much my body burns INCLUDING the workout?
Like, for example, I consumed exactly 2,650 calories (500 calories over my limit), but worked out and burned approx. 500 calories. Will I actually be torching those extra 500 cals, or does the whole 2,150 calorie requirement already INCLUDE those 500 calories (approximately 500) that I would've burned anyway with the workout?
I mean, 'cause I don't want to say something like "Oh man, I had 2,650 calories today...but good thing I did that one hour-long workout, 'cause it burned the extra 500 calories!", when the workout calories burned was ALREADY included in the 2,150 requirement...meaning I didn't really burn those extra 500 calories in the first place...
(oh and I do know that no one can really count every single calorie to a tee, but i'm just giving an approximate number as an example)

Most TDEE estimation tools will include exercise in their estimates.0
