Way to journal via MFP?

I would love to maintain an online journal. Not just what food I ate, but how I'm feeling, challenges, thoughts, etc. Does MFP have a mechanism to do that? I guess I could start a discussion in one of the sections then keep replying to that, but it seems like it might be annoying. SparkPeople had this feature back in the day (the last time I successfully lost weight, 2006-2007!).

    There is a notes section in food tracker. Notes print out with food diary reports.

    Other idea is to start your own private group. You can then have discussion threads as desired.

    If you want feedback, you could invite others to your group.... OR do a thread on the forums as you mentioned. A few are doing that, and receive feedback or have others join them.
