Starting Over!

I'm 53 years old and starting over in terms of getting fit. I'm really trying to not focus on the numbers on the scale, but looking at maintaining around 1700-1800 calories, >100gms of protein, and going to the gym for resistance training 3-4 times per week. Who else is out there working to accomplish something similar?

    Welcome! There's plenty of people trying something similar, though you may find it useful to get more than the 100g of protein if you plan to lift that frequently, maybe 120-130.
