Hello. My name is Lisa. I've used My Fitness Pal before, but it's been years ago. It sure has changed!. Much easier before!! I'm not sure I like the way it works now. But I guess I'll get use to it. I've kept the goal now for 2 days. This is day 2 for me. With what I'm eating though, I don't know if I'll lose weight. We will see.

Welcome, Lisa! WHAT you're eating is less important to weight loss than HOW MUCH you eat. During my entire weight loss I continued to have pizza and burgers when I wanted them, I just had 2 slices instead of 4 and 1 burger instead of 2.0
