Hello! I’m new here. I downloaded the app a while ago but stopped using it because I wasn’t consistent with my health and weight loss goals. I’ve decided to make self care my #1 priority now. Releasing weight, eating healthier, mindfulness, and becoming more active are now part of my self care regimen. I appreciate any tips and positive support you can provide.
