Hi all,
I've struggled with my weight and body image for a long time, and trying this out to see if it will help.
My main challenges are motivation (particularly not seeing any changes for weeks), and not being able to push through anxiety.
Probably very common issues, but does anyone have strategies they've successfully used to get past these?
Other factors include having PCOS and lack of free time in my days. I've been attempting to get up earlier to exercise before work, but my willpower in the morning is terrible.
Any advice would be great, thank you

Welcome, @theoriginalfi!
One visual/tactile strategy for when weight loss stalls is to keep an empty milk jug next to the scale. Every time you lose weight, put the same corresponding amount of water into the jug, about 16oz for every pound (.5kg) lost. Go ahead and fill it with enough water to account for the weight you have already lost. If you fill the jug, add a second jug next to the first. Now whenever you hit the scale, you can look to see the progress you have already made; you can pick it up and feel how much weight used to be packed under your skin but has now been lost. Even on days/weeks you do not lose any, you are reminded just how far you have already come.0
