Maybe try logging what you're eating now, and see how it stacks up in calories and nutrition?
There really aren't magical diet foods or - despite what the blogosphere claims - "superfoods". Eat foods you enjoy that add up to the right number of calories, keep you mostly full and happy, and give you reasonable nutrition, on average over a day or few.
Many people will feel more full, and get better nutrition, if the core of their diet is lean proteins, veggies and fruits, whole grains. That doesn't mean that some treat foods in reasonable proportions are off limits. Eating habits we can stick with are important, and enjoyment is part of the picture.
This doesn't need to be some highly technical thing where we never, ever get a piece of cake ever again.
Examples? For breakfast, I had oatmeal with plain nonfat Greek yogurt, thawed frozen mixed berries, peanut butter powder, walnuts, hemp hearts, milled flax seed; on the side, coffee with hot skim milk ( x 2) and cold matcha with a wedge of lime. For lunch, an apple with peanut butter, plus some cottage cheese. For dinner, mixed veggies and tofu noodles topped with spicy peanut sauce, a Yasso frozen Greek yogurt bar, and some Zinfandel wine. Somewhere in there, there was a Godiva chocolate and crispy broad beans as snacks. (Note: I'm on maintenance calories, after losing from obese to healthy weight at age 59-60, now 68. I probably would've had smaller portions, skipped some add-ins, during weight loss when I needed a calorie deficit.)
If that doesn't sound good to you, don't eat that. It's what I like eating (and I happen to be vegetarian, but that's not important - meat/fish can make nutrition easier).
Best wishes!
