Hello all!
I have a question. On myFitness Pal at the end of the day when you click a n the top right to see how much you will weigh in 5 weeks, I add what it said for each day for the last 7 days then divided the total by 7 and the number I got was not even close to what I actually weighed the next day. Can anyone tell me if this is accurate? Or did I do something wrong? Am I looking at it wrung? I was so excited to weigh and then quickly got disappointed. Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! . .

It’s really just an algorithmic guess. I stopped paying attention to it long ago.
You might have better luck with an app like
Libra (for android) or Happy Scale (for Apple os)0 -
