Hello,
I am new to my fitness pal.
I have been struggling to loose 5kg since covid.
I have decided to be strict and go hard now.
I was wondering if you have any favourite go-to recipes for breakfast, lunch or dinner?
I realise how easy it is to go over daily calories and ruin the progress.
My daily is 1450.
I appreciate your help.
