Struggled with keto diet and went to calorie and micro counting. Learned several new recipes, just experiencing with different foods and seasonings. Would like to share how I've lost 18 pounds with these foods I love for pre diabetes. My husband and I come up with new recipes together because he had found that he has high blood pressure as well. What a combination right? Searching for new friends in the same situation to share how to accomplish life changes with new recipes
