Help I need support

Hi,

My name is Lori, I'm a wife, mom and grandma and I live in the mitten state. I recently found out I have Diastolic Heart Failure and Pulmonary Hypertension and probably won't live another 5 years but I'm out to prove everyone wrong. Support surely help.

    Lori……I have been a paramedic for 40 years and will tell you that neither of those conditions are a 5 year death sentence. Take one day at a time and live your best day possible each day. I have a friend with DHF that has lived 11 years so far since diagnosis. Stay strong!!!
