Hi my name is Dillon I personally have let myself down a lot of personal stuff but trying to kick myself into gear always find it hard to stay motivated as it seems like I have cravens all the time and stress eat any ways to get out of this habit or criticism to push me forward would be amazing

    Motivation is fickle. Habits are built on small steps.

    Stress eating and cravings can be addressed, and the first step towards that is logging everything you eat.
