Hello! I’m Lauren. I am once again on my health journey after losing 103lbs. I gained some back during Covid and have yet to get it off. I thought maybe this time around I would try and get support and help when needed than doing this as a solo mission.

It’s very nice to meet you all! And I hope the best for everyone in whatever their journey is in life currently.
