Diet for cutting (vegetarian)

Hey guys, I m new here... I'm doing serious training since almost one yr and I want to know some diets for cutting rn I'm at 67 kg bw w 13-14% bf and u can say I wnt a summer beach body so can u all give me some diet plans... It would be a great help for me...

    I lost weight as a vegetarian, but I don't know what to tell you. I don't use meal plans. I eat foods I like that add up to the right number of calories and provide good overall nutrition, including ample good-quality (EAA-complete, relatively bioavailable) protein. That works. It doesn't require some special diet plan. I'll never be at 14% BF, but that wouldn't be a good idea for a woman, generally, anyway. Maybe female bodybuilders at competition cut, but maybe not even then. :D
