ISO a plan to fit my needs

I just became a premium member. I used My Fitness Pal successfully several years ago. But having entered a new stage in my life, I’m looking for help finding foods and recipes that do not cause inflammation. I’ve been reading a lot in other places and have hopefully gotten a start, but I was wondering if there is a plan here that would benefit me even more and give me some assurance that I’m actually on the right track.
