Own yourself

Greetings all.

I have been using this app in the past, and it did help. But what I would like to say to people here is that it is not the app, it is us — it is you.

I had been working as a physician — Clinical Pathologist — for the best pf 30+ years. Until in the pandemics — It was never been clear, but I wonder it was because of a disagreement over the usage and clinical meaning of some tests — I was made redundant.

So it happened that — at the age of 57/58, I am “almost retired” and planning to have the opportunity of contributing to the society independently, from my own home.

It is how, also, I have turned my attention to the fact that life, work & me (especially me) had succeeded in making my body fat, hypertensive, diabetic and feeble. Sorry, no better way to put it.

After some time, I was unable to rest all day in bed, or sit all day in front of a computer or TV. I love gardening and aquarium keeping, so I turned my energies to it, then to yoga, pilates. It did not take long until I rediscovered the world of new informatics.

People, we have now hardware and software enough to keep control of your sleep, weight (and fat composition), Blood Pressure, glicose… It is affordable and may mean you either save time or help your clinician. It is up to you to select, use intelligently and wisely, decide with whom you wish to share all data & info. This is the easy part. The difficult is the same. i.e., no pmme can do it for yourself. The decisor are you, helpers you can have.

Have an enjoyable life.
