Not getting changes entered on website or tablet on new phone android app

Change from a pixel 4a to a pixel 7 pro. When I add any food on phone it shows up on the web and android tablet, but anything added on website or tablet does not show up on the phone. Tried uninstalling app and reseting phone multiple times but issue is still the same. Have been using the browser on the phone, because app is useless to me without syncing.
