Hi everyone,
I am back here after keeping my preferred weight for quite a few years, but last year and a half prostate cancer happened. To make a long story short, treatment was successful but I ate my way through stress. Now I have to drop 6 kg (13 pounds) and it has been really hard, so I started keeping track of my food intake again.
After a month I am getting closer to figuring out what’s my new maintenance energy target. It seems my metabolism changed a bit! That’s all, see you around.
