“Volume Eating” Recipes?

Hi! I’m new here and have a goal to lose 30lbs by February 2025! Lofty goal, I know. I also heard a new term on TikTok (ok it was Facebook because I’ve stopped trying to keep up with the young ones) called “volume eating,” where you feel physically full because you were able to eat a LOT of LOW CALORIE foods. Like a freakin plateful of celery. So I’m looking for low-calorie recipes that I can eat a lot of and feel fuller without overeating.
