Are you a premium member? If you are, then you probably need to put in a support ticket. If you aren’t a premium member, you don’t have access to the barcode scanner. It’s a premium-only feature.0

I have premium account but my iPad scanner stopped working.. I submitted ticket for it but I did not receive a response regarding the iPad scanner not working. I received response for something the other ticket.0
