New here!

Hey all! I’m a 35 year old male who’s been going to the gym 6 to 7 days a week for the last year this month. I have lost weight along with gain quite a bit of muscle. My eating has just been kinda whatever but now I’m here to lose all this extra weight I have and show off what I’ve worked so hard for. Looking for some new friends to get some ideas from and maybe some pointers. Right now I’m logging what I normally eat and trying to keep it under the daily goal and let me tell you, wow, this is going to be quite the change for me! Add me and let’s do this weight loss together!!

    I’m 50 and have the challenges of menopause, I’m not sure if my food intake should change or what I really should be eating.. I work from home so most of the time I don’t get to eat bc I forget. I go to the gym 2 days a week. I’m ready to make changes !!
