Hi all.

I'm deciding it's time to be a returning member. Been here before and was successful so I understand the 'process'. Obviously it only works if I'm committed.

Middle-aged guy dealing with various health issues not too uncommon for approaching 60.

Need to shed about 20lbs. Good news is the weather for doing some of the activities I enjoy to help burn calories is just about here.

I am open to any and all friend requests!
