I am returning. Biggest I've ever been. Had fun eating dumb and treating my body poorly. Really lost my passion there for exercise and watching my diet for a good few years. 😳

Now I really want to care for myself properly again.

So, I am 33, 190 lbs, and aiming for 130. I am doing 20:4 keto with longer fasts mixed in. Have already done a 40 hr one!

Anyway, can't wait to lose the first 10 lbs! I won't celebrate it with crappy food. Please add me, and thank you!
