Good Morning! I just signed up for MyFitnessPal and am ready to get started. I would like to lose about 20 pounds and definitely need some support. I know it's all about mind-set and it's just been so hard staying on track, but I need to find a way. I love to exercise and enjoy the outdoors in warmer weather. I'm looking forward to a better me and hope no one minds some silly questions from time to time.
