Sleep Apnea

Recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and have always been a 'short sleep' gal (6hrs +/-). Cardiologist said the condition can impact afib and asthma (which I have) so am on an improvement program for that in addition to weight loss. Lordy...

Many people who lose weight see improvements with sleep apnea. In the meantime there are a bunch of cpap options. I think they have improved greatly over the years..2

I do hope you are using CPAP. Weight loss can improve the sleep apnea or even eliminate the need for CPAP. But in the meantime, your heart will thank you for using it.1

I've had a CPAP machine for at least six or seven years. It's rough to get used to, but now, putting it on is part of my bedtime routine. Good luck!1
