Hi there - newbie here! Can the MyFitness app sync to Fitness app on Apple Watch? I was looking for the easiest ways to track my workouts but can’t seem to figure that one out! Thanks!!

Hi @bgtrn74j8h welcome to MFP!
You set up the watch/MFP sync via your phone.
Go to your health app on your phone
Touch your profile pic:
Then touch apps:
This pulls up a list of health apps. Choose MFP:
Now select all, or turn on specifically which lines you want to share:
If, on your MFP profile page within the app, you’ve classified yourself as active or highly active, you may also want to turn on the Apple Watch Calorie Adjustment. It makes the calorie count for those who burn more calories than “normal” more accurate. This is how my diary today looks. MFP has deducted 421 calories. Long explanation I’ll be happy to share if you’re in that category.
If you’re not classed as either, I’d chill for the time being and turn it on when you get there.
