In MFP? No.
The "My Weekly Report" option in the phone/tablet version of MFP will give you counts (not percents) for some of those categories, but it's Beta and has some serious limitations IMO. I also don't know if that option is available in free MFP, or only in premium.
It won't result in percents, but in all versions of MFP you can customize your diary to have up to six "meals", rename your "meals" to be any name you want, and log foods in them any way you want. Therefore, if you wish, you could customize your meal names to vegetables, nuts/seeds, fruits, fats/oils, or whatever, and log the things in those categories that you think belong there.
That may not help you. I have to admit, I don't understand what your underlying objective is to know percents of those things, or even understand percents of what (percents of the total number of food line items? percents of calories? percents of something else?). Also, if you logged a complex food, like say a restaurant meal, how would MFP know how much of that belonged in which category?
You don't have to answer those questions. I'm just explaining why I'm confused, so maybe giving unhelpful suggestions despite sincerely trying to help. (I was seeing that you've posted similar questions elsewhere in the Community, not gotten any answers.)
Best wishes!0
