MyFitnessPal helped me lose my first 20 pounds several years ago. It’s time to jump back on the tracking train! I’d love to add some friends here for mutual accountability. I’m 63, live in Oregon, single, mom to 2, and small business owner.
I firmly believe in “all foods in moderation” and a balanced approach to health and fitness. For now, having 100 pounds to lose, I’ll need to be a little more careful about sugar and highly processed food to get back on track and stay in a deficit.
