Copy Previous Day's meals has disappeared from the Android app

I am a long-time user and I have used the functionality to copy all or some meals with a simple click from the previous day to the current day ever since it first appeared, but now it is gone. Can anyone elaborate on this? Thanks.

You can still do it (at least on my phone), but you have to use the three-dot menu at top right.
    1. Tap on the three-dot menu and select 'Edit Diary'
    2. Select the foods you want to copy
    3. Tap on the three-dot menu again and select 'Copy to Date'

I don't know whose idea it was to remove the Edit button from the top of the UI and replace it with a logging streak display, but it was BAD. I do not care about my logging streak and never want to look at it. I want to edit my diary multiple times a day, and now it takes an extra step to do it. I'm grumpy.

I found this option too for my Samsung Android. So the functionality is still there, but why do such a silly change? Raises questions as to how software changes are evaluated.

Also see this thread on the same problem.

Typical idiotic programming move by mfp. Not sure why they don't fix the laundry list of things that really need to be fixed. Stupid
