Day 4 & 5. Went over calorie budget each day. First day was due to being out of town. Second day was due to having company for dinner. What I learned. First, portion control. Best remember to use portion control when food choices are limited. Second, get exercise in first thing in the morning a busy days to make sure that I get it in.
