Back on track after bad back injury.

hi,
update, I am back on track after suffering a severe back injury during the pandemic, and was not able to work out or be very mobile. After some pyshio and many doctors visit I started my fitness journey again on April 1st 2024 at 267.8 lbs... I am just walking everyday for 40 mins and doing very light weights until my back heals up some more. I am dialed in with nutrition and have lost 12 lbs to date. I look forward to the great community on here for support and also supporting other people through their journeys.
