Hello everyone I'm scott I just started here last weekend and I've lost 10 pounds I'm astonished how it's helped me to count calories and also I've got the help of a health coach so I'm hoping to get to my goal weight in a year I weighed 320 when I started and my goal weight is 225 I wish everyone good luck we are all strong for this and here's to working hard to be happy

Welcome, Scott! I firmly believe the single biggest factor holding people back from better health is lack of understanding. Note I did not say lack of knowledge, since in this day of Google all the knowledge in the world is available at our fingertips, but lack of understanding, knowing what's true, what's false, what applies to you and what doesn't. This site is chock full of well-meaning people who have learned a lot about themselves along their way to fitness. Hopefully, something of what we've learned can rub off for you.0
