Good to be back. I lost about 25 lbs using this food tracker a couple of years ago. Recently, I gained 15 back, so it was time to dive in and get it done again. I never thought I would weigh more than 150 lbs, but here I am. I chose to come back here because I know the program, and don't have to learn a new one.
I am 78, had breast cancer two years ago, heart surgery last year. Despite a huge medical file, I am lucky to be vigorous and able to walk a few miles, clean house, carry what needs to be carried. I am doing keto again. Maintained weight loss with intermittant fasting. So I will do some version of those two.
Looking forward to seeing what tips and ideas you have.

    Welcome back!

    Some people are able to take what they learn from here and apply it naturally to their lives, never having to check back into the app or forums. Others (myself included) would slip if not for regularly checking in, or in my case, daily. Hope you find the accountability and stability you need!
