Hello I’m patty

New here this week but I like the recipe and the fact that this app uses exercise calories I’m trying to lose just the last few pounds and gain muscle. How is everyone doing?

    Good, on track in losing a pound weekly. So far I've lost 6 pounds and 1-1/2 inches off my waist.

    I woke up very sore this morning, taking a break from exercise today. Friday's workout kicked my butt!

    As of yesterday I'm up 23 pounds in my intentional gain, but my waistline has only increased by a single inch, so I'm feeling pretty happy.
