Upper Arm Tracking Devices

I am ready to invest in a new tracking device. I previously lost 100lbs using the Bodymedia armband, which I loved and found super accurate and effective when eating at a deficit.

Unfortunately, bodymedia is long gone, but I have noticed a few upper arm tracking devices on Amazon. Yay! Any recommendations on a good one or what is the top rated one these days? Thanks! Pic to give an idea of what I'm talking about.

    Seems like trackers have evolved.
I’m not sure I would trust an off brand tracker as much as I trust my Apple Watch, which does the things you mentioned and a lot more. Of course that’s for the Apple cultists like myself. 🤪

Many people swear by Garmin and Fitbit has fans here too. But I don’t use them so I can’t comment on their capabilities. I imagine both companies have many similar features though.
