Need advise on exercise

I am doing great with cardio workouts. I have an issue with the strength/stretching routines. One of my biggest hurdles is I have polyneuropathy in both feet. So I cannot feel my feet and doing certain machines is not an option. I have started taking yoga (which I LOVE) twice a week for an hour each, a total body toning class once a week for an hour and a cycling class once a week for 30 minutes. I also work out on the treadmill for 1 - 1 1/2 hours on those does. I will go to the gym and just power walk on the treadmill for 1 1/2 - 2 hours a night as well.

Does anyone have any advice on the strength/stretching portion of fitness that I might be missing out on that I could do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I also have an issue with obsessing over knowing exactly how many calories I burn. Does anyone else have this issue?

It may be worth it for you to hire a personal trainer since you have issues with certain machines. You say you have neuropathy - how are your sugars? You may be spiking during long exercise sessions which can contribute to this. You may want to space them out or have snacks before or take breaks for them.
